Coriander
chutney is a staple condiment for a lot of Indian food.
This is a
dipping sauce for vadas, pakoras or samosas & also used in chaat items.
INGREDIENTS:
1 big bunch of
chopped coriander leaves
4-5 green chilis
Few mint leaves
2 tsp lemon
juice
½ ginger
1 tsp cumin
seeds
1 tsp chaat
masala
Salt as per
taste
Procedure
Wash coriander
and mint leaves well.
Blend green
chilies, cumin seeds, salt, and ginger. Add coriander leaves, a little at a
time & blend. If needed add 2-3 tbsp of water. The water will help in
blending and add lemon juice to taste.
Pour chutney
into a bowl. Mix well and serve with samosa, pakora, any kinds of chaat .
