Kesar Rabdi for Ghevar


Ingredients
3 cups Whole milk
½ cup condensed milk
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp chopped pistachios
Few saffron stands  

Procedure

Soak few saffron strands in warm milk.
Take a heavy vessel put 3 cups of milk to boil, keep stirring to avoid burning. When the milk is reduced to half add the condensed milk and keep stirring.
The milk will become very thick, add the soaked saffron strands & mix well.
Add the cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
