Kesar Rabdi for Ghevar
3 cups Whole milk
½ cup condensed milk
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tsp chopped pistachios
Few saffron stands
Procedure
Soak few saffron strands in warm milk.
Take a heavy vessel put 3 cups of milk to boil, keep
stirring to avoid burning. When the milk is reduced to half add the condensed
milk and keep stirring.
