Mushroom Galouti Kebab





  Mushroom Galouti Kebab is a very tasty snack. It can be used as a party starter or an evening snack. It is delicious and mouth watering.  I make soya Kebabs, using the same method I made these mushroom Galouti Kebab.



 Ingredients

 250 grams   Mushroom
 3 garlic cloves chopped
1 inch chopped ginger
2 green chilies chopped
2 small potatoes boiled, mashed
 1tsp Garam Masala powder
1 tsp tikka Masala powder
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
3 tsp roasted chana dal powder
Oil for frying

Procedure

Cut the Mushrooms into very small pieces. Then blend them until finely chopped.
Now heat a fry fan with 2 tsp oil. Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies sauté for 2 minutes.


 Add blended mushroom and cook till the moisture evaporates. Then add boiled & grated potatoes & cook till the oil starts leaving the sides of the pan. 

Now add salt, tikka masala & rosted chana dal, breadcrumbs powder in the mixture. Mix all things very well. 
Add garam masala ….give a nice stir & switched of the gas. Lastly shape them into tikkis & fry till golden brown. 

Remove and drain oil. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

Notes
  
If you do not have bread crumbs, then you can normal bread.
You can also deep fry them.
