How to make Spring Roll Sheets

When I was in Delhi I always used to make spring roll sheets at home and when I came to Houston and saw the spring roll sheets in the market I felt very happy. Less work for me!  

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp oil

Pinch of salt

1/3 cup Water

Procedure

Take a bowl, add flour, oil, salt mix it very well. Pour water into the mixture but not at once, slowly. Knead it with your palm. Make a soft, smooth dough. Cover it with a wet cloth for 20 -25 minutes  Then make a small balls and flatten the dough with a roller . The sheet should be very thin.

Now heat a flat pan and put your flattened sheet for 3-5 seconds, heat both sides of the sheet.

 Now fold it as shown in the picture and cut it like this.

Now you can make spring rolls using these sheets

You can preserve it in the freezer
