Cottage Cheese / Paneer Spring Roll

 Who doesn’t love spring rolls? It is the perfect afternoon snack with tea and your family. Today I am going to share paneer spring rolls with you.  The taste of the moist paneer, spices and sweet corn is amazing. I have already uploaded the recipe for the vegetable spring roll but my kids love the paneer spring roll more. You can make this before and store it in the fridge and have it later. Let’s enjoy paneer spring roll with the evening tea.
12-15 spring rolls 

Ingredients
1 & ½ cup grated paneer
½ cup sweet corn
¼ cup spring onion chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
2-3 green chilli chopped
1 tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp chaat masala
Salt to required
Oil for frying

Procedure
Take out spring roll sheets from the freezer and keep this outside for 30 minutes.
Now take grated paneer in a bowl and add sweet corn, spring onion, coriander leaves, chopped green chilli,garam masala,chaat masala, salt .Mix all the spices very well. Your stuffing is ready .

Make a paste of maida ( flour)with a little water & use that to line the sides if the spring roll sheets as shown as picture in the picture.
Now take one sheet carefully . Put ½ tbsp stuffing on it.
Take the corner and roll in such a way so that the stuffing is covered half way .

Roll till half way as shown.
Fold the corners both the sides towards the center as shown in the picture.


Again roll it tightly to make it completely sealed.

Keep covered with a wet towel until cooking to avoid drying.

Keep oil for frying ; if you want you can shallow fry these spring rolls.Fry both sides until golden brown.
Drain excess oil in kitchen towel.


Paneer spring rolls are ready .Enjoy these crispy appetizers with ketchup ,sweet and sour sauce.Serve hot J
