Tutti Fruiti Vanilla Cake





Tutti  Fruiti Cake ..whenever I hear this name I remember my childhood days .  I used to take them in my school lunch box. Now   I love to make and have them. My kids also love this cake  and it very easy to make . Enjoy! 


 Ingredients
1 &1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 Eggs
1 cup + 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
3 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Baking soda
1 cup Milk
1/3 cup Melted butter
½ Tutti fruiti 
¼ tsp salt

Procedure
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F & grease the cake pan with butter, set aside.
In a bowl, take flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and stir with a ladle until they are well combined. Keep it aside.

Break eggs in a mixing bowl & beat nicely.

 Add granulated sugar and mix till sugar dissolves completely.

Now add melted butter, milk, vanilla essence in the mixture. 


Beat the mixture well for about 5-7 minutes till the mixture looks shiny, thick and well mixed.
Now start adding little flour at a time and keep mixing the batter


After adding flour, do not keep the batter outside for a long.
Now dust the tutti fruiti  in 1 tsp of flour and add into the batter. Mix gently.


Now pour the batter evenly into the greased pan & baked it for it for 35-40 minutes.


To check if it has been cooked properly, Inserted a toothpick into the center of the pan, if it comes out clean, then the Tutti Fruiti Vanilla  Cake is  done. Remove from oven and let it cool. Resist the temptation to cut into it until it’s mostly cool.
