BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

My younger daughter Apurba is a foodie. One day she asked me about banana muffins. She had it at her friend’s place. Whenever I would go to the bakery shop I would banana muffins but they add walnuts. Apurba doesn’t like walnuts in the muffins, so I decided to make it at home. All ingredients are available in my pantry. The first day I baked it I couldn't take pictures since I had gone out and when I came back I found only  3 muffins left J Had to make them again, they loved it very much.

Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 large bananas
1 egg
¾ cup & 1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
½ cup chocolate chip (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Coat muffin pan with non-stick spray, or use paper liners.

In a large bowl combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and keep aside.

Now in a bowl mash the bananas with fork. Then add granulated sugar

Mix it well and add melted butter, vanilla extract, egg.

Now add cinnamon powder and all dry ingredients into the bananas mixture and mix until smooth and the batter is thick and chunky.
